Betaqua Engineered Aerobic Wastewater System

PT Beta Pramaesti Asia

Aerobic systems offer the right solution for maximum wastewater treatment. This system utilizes microorganisms through biological processes with the help of oxygen to decompose high organic compounds such as oil, fat, and ammonia. So that the quality of the water produced is better and safe for disposal.

Type

Suspended Growth Aeration

Suspended growth aeration is one of the conventional wastewater treatment methods, where microorganisms are allowed to float (suspended) in wastewater to degrade organic matter and other pollutants. This process uses oxygen dissolved in water to support the activity of aerobic microorganisms. This method has excellent efficiency in removing BOD and COD levels in wastewater, is adaptable to various types and volumes of wastewater, and is suitable for both domestic and industrial wastewater treatment. Examples of this system include Extended Aeration (EA), Oxidation Ditch (OD), and Conventional Activated Sludge (CAS).

Integrated Fixed-Film Activated Sludge (IFAS)

Integrated Fixed-Film Activated Sludge (IFAS) is a wastewater treatment solution by combining the advantages of activated sludge and biofilm processes, allowing increased treatment capacity without the need to increase the volume of the reactor, thus efficiently removing organic pollutants and nitrogen, and producing high quality clean water. Betaqua adds media in the form of honey comb and MBBR in order to optimize water treatment using the IFAS system.

MBR (Membrane Bioreactor)

MBR systems are an advanced wastewater treatment solution, combining biological processes and membrane filtration to produce high-quality water with a smaller footprint, making them an ideal choice for industries and municipalities looking to save space while meeting strict environmental standards.
