Local Fabrication
Beta Pramesti Asia has a 7,000 m² workshop facility in Cikupa, Tangerang, which consists of four main areas. Workshop 1 is devoted to the fabrication of Reverse Osmosis and Ultrafiltration systems. Workshop 2 works on the fabrication of integrated systems as well as the manufacture of pressure vessels. In Workshop 3, we perform raw material preparation including rubber lining and fiber tank manufacturing. Meanwhile, Workshop 4 is the core of our chemical manufacturing process. Each area is designed to produce quality products that support the efficiency and reliability of our water and sewage treatment systems.

With more than 180 employees including civil, process, mechanical, electrical and control engineers, we understand water/wastewater treatment systems because we design and assemble systems from the ground up. A full complement of supporting chemicals and consumables can help our customers' industries run smoothly.
Poly Aluminum Chloride Plant
Starting from 2016, our plant has been operating with an initial PAC 18 percent production capacity of 6,000 tons per year, guaranteeing availability and prompt delivery for each project. By 2022 we increased our capacity to 21,900 tons of PAC 18 (equivalent to 39,410 tons of PAC 10).
