Local Fabrication

Beta Pramesti Asia has a 7,000 m² workshop facility in Cikupa, Tangerang, which consists of four main areas. Workshop 1 is devoted to the fabrication of Reverse Osmosis and Ultrafiltration systems. Workshop 2 works on the fabrication of integrated systems as well as the manufacture of pressure vessels. In Workshop 3, we perform raw material preparation including rubber lining and fiber tank manufacturing. Meanwhile, Workshop 4 is the core of our chemical manufacturing process. Each area is designed to produce quality products that support the efficiency and reliability of our water and sewage treatment systems.

Poly Aluminum Chloride Plant

Amidst growing demand, we are committed to meeting our clients' needs for the highest quality Poly Aluminum Chloride (PAC). Starting from 2016, our factory has been operating with an initial production capacity of 6,000 tons per year, guaranteeing availability and prompt delivery for each project. In response to the growing trust and needs of our customers, we have expanded our production capacity to 20,000 tons per year by 2022. This initiative affirms our dedication to providing products that are not only superior in quality but also ready to meet the volume required by our clients, anytime and anywhere.
