Sand Filter

Pressure sand filter (PSF) digunakan dalam banyak aplikasi industri termasuk pabrik RO & DM dan sering disebut filter sand bed cepat. PSF terdiri dari bejana tekan yang biasanya vertikal atau horizontal, dalam kondisi yang jarang, tergantung pada tata letak menanam.

The filter vessels are generally of welded mild steel construction lined with rubber/epoxy. A minimum of 50% freeboard is provided over the filtering bed depth to enable efficient backwash. Water from Feed water will be pumped to the sand systems which provide to remove suspended solids (TSS) and solids in the raw water.
